To our valued guests,
Out of respect to the number of guests that wish to dine at Villa Cornelia, we require a credit card on-file to hold a reservation for groups of 7 or more diners, or for groups of any number of diners for reservations outside of our normal operating hours. Villa Cornelia reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy, set forth below:
Please note that no-charge cancellations will only be accepted prior to 5 PM on the 8th day before the reservation. If you do not show up within 15-minutes of your scheduled reservation, you will be marked as a no-show, and your reservation cancelled. The following Cancellation fees apply (in USD, due to booking processor):
Greater than 7-days notice -> No Charge
Less than 7-days notice, but more than 3-days notice -> $10 per-person
Less than 3-days-notice, but greater than 1-day notice -> $15 per-person
Same Day Cancellation 2 or more hours before reservation -> $20 per-person
Less than 2-hours notice -> $25 per-person
No-Show -> $30 per-person.
You will only be charged for the number of diners under the number of diners that were set out in the reservation. You may increase the number of diners at any time, without penalty (space and service capacity permitting), however, any reduction in the number of diners with less than 7-days notice is subject to the per-person charges prescribed above for such changes.
